Hiiiiiii, are you sick of the cold, yet? Yeah? Me, too 🥶. I just wanted to pop on here and say a few things. First and foremost, I hope you’re staying safe and warm. Secondly, I wanted to remind everyone the importance of prioritizing your mental health.

We are in a mental health crisis; most helping professionals are over booked/booked out. There’s also a shortage of health care workers in general. What does this mean for you?

*Keep your appointments, and keep them consistent. Not only is it good for you, it helps to keep your spot from disappearing. Cancellations are a part of this profession, but now more than ever, late cancellations/inconsistent visits prevent professionals from taking on new clients who are waitlisted.

*Reach out to friends and family around you. You never know who is hurting, struggling and isolating. Please, check on your loved ones.

*Lastly, if you need it, PLEASE get help. You are NOT alone.
