Lakes Vintage is hosting a special event for our special needs community on November 1st. All direct support staff and family is also welcome to attend. Please share this information with anyone that would be interested in this event. There will also be pony and horse rides available through the If Wishes Were Horses Foundation for $5.

We’re getting closer to the finish line. I’ll be creating an event once the official official flyer is done, but this has all the relevant information on it to go on. We’ve been working hard to reinvent the Lakes Vintage Antique shop that will be hosting its very 1st Halloween extravaganza including a super creepy Haunted House for older kids and adults! Who wants to hang out with horses alongside If Wishes Were Horses Foundation for Chief Wenonga Days in Battle Lake on July 27th?? Our organization is looking to offer pony rides (& will have one big horse out at Lakes Vintage & The Warehouse Saturday July 27th. Our Director Donna Brandt will not have enough volunteers and we are seeking equine-knowledgeable people in OTC to help with this event.
If Wishes Were Horses Foundation is a start-up non-profit based out of Morris, MN. We are trying to get the word out there, as well as enhance the experience of the general public (for this event) & raise some donation dollars in the process to continue to fund our program that serves individuals with physical and developmental disabilities.
