ELC Fitness At ELC, we look to empower those in our community through CrossFit, Fitness Classes, Personal Training and 24/7 Gym Access.

At ELC Fitness we offer a full fitness experience between two locations! You will find our Crossfit gym at 405 Atlantic Ave Morris, MN
Our 24/7 gym is found at 719 Atlantic Ave Morris, MN stop in and attend one of our many classes or workout on your own, use the tanning bed, and take a nice refreshing shower when you're done! For questions about memberships or anything else please contact either C

We are staffed Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 7:00am to 1:00 pm and 4:00pm - 6:00 pm
Fridays we are staffed 10:00am to 1:00pm
