Stevens Community Medical Center is a 25-bed critical access hospital, fully integrated health system No one will be denied service due to an inability to pay.

At SCMC, there is an attached clinic, eye clinic, infusion clinic, behavioral medicine clinic, cardiac rehab, physical therapy (NovaCare), and a 5-bedroom assisted living/around-the-clock 'home away from home'. There is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income. SCMC thrives on patient-centered care and operates as a non-profit 501(c)(3).

A sports physical is required for participation in athletics for students entering 7th and 10th grades.
👉Please note immunizations will not be addressed or given at sports physical clinics.
👉As a reminder, this is not a full physical or well-child exam, just a sports physical, about 15 min.
👉Please have your sports physical paperwork completed prior to your appointment. This can be obtained from your school’s office or on your school website.
👉If your child is a minor please ensure your yearly consent form is up to date.
👉Discounted price only offered on Aug. 5 & Aug. 6 dates, otherwise insurance will be billed.

👩‍⚕️Dr. Katelyn Steinlicht to join SCMC mid-August!
We’re excited to welcome Family Medicine physician Dr. Katelyn Steinlicht to the SCMC team! She’s board-certified and offers care for patients of all ages—including Obstetrics services.

Dr. Steinlicht has special interests in women’s health, including prenatal and postpartum care, lactation support, and preventive care. She’ll begin seeing patients at our Morris Clinic starting late-August!
