Exciting News from the Jenmax Group!

We are proud to announce the expansion of our Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation portfolio with the addition of five new Illinois locations, each newly branded under our La Bella name.

Effective October 1, 2025, we welcome the following communities to our family:

La Bella of Aurora
La Bella of Woodstock
La Bella of Rochelle
La Bella of Sterling
La Bella of Morrison
