For 2 years, Form Fix clients have been getting out of pain, avoiding surgeries and returning to the activities they love. I have proudly not hid the secret: take the time to help clients one-at-a-time, with a strong focus on manual therapy and fitness. If we've worked together, you've referred some in, or you've reached out to wish me luck, I just wanted to take the opportunity to say thank you.

I’m looking to hire a per diem PT. This position could absolutely evolve into a full time position as well.

The position is for a sports orthopedic setting, treating one patient per hour.

Fair warning, I’m going to be picky. I’m looking for someone who:

Loves getting to know and communicating with their clients.
Feels they would thrive treating just one patient an hour.
Enjoys working with active individuals.
Is accepting of feedback and learning.
Believes strongly in autonomous practice.

Meet Charlotte - She loves dogs (has five!). From England, moved to the US 10 years ago, has two kids. Loves living in NJ (close to the city and the shore) along with music, the theatre and dining out.

A CrossFit athlete and occasional runner she coaches "Girls on the Run", being fit and strong is important to her

How does Charlotte feel about the care she has received from Jon?

He is the best! He really takes time to listen and tailor each session to your exact needs.
Within one session he made her initial injury better and has helped with others since.
He understands your lifestyle. For example that she wants to carry on doing CrossFit and helps her make adjustments to work outs.
He provides great guidance on good form, improving her CrossFit experience which in turn makes her a better athlete.

Meet Maryellen - With a passion for singing, she sings in a band with her husband for fun. She is currently taking a break from her work as a clinical social worker and yoga teacher to heal after a fall. She Injured herself whilst walking the dog and was taking a lot of pain medication but found Jon as wanted to do something about it.

How does Maryellen feel about care she has received?

She loves the one-on-one treatment and after only the second session of treatment, she was pain free! She appreciates that Jon uses her yoga background to help her get strong again and records videos of her exercises which she can review at home.

😀The result, she is now able to walk her dog again
