Be Well offers Prenatal Yoga three times a week to support you through pregnancy and your evolution to motherhood.
Research shows that regular physical activity during pregnancy can reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety and lower the risk of postpartum depression. In fact, a large meta-analysis published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that exercise during the perinatal period significantly improves maternal mental health outcomes.
Taught by highly-trained certified instructors, Prenatal Yoga during pregnancy helps:
