Be Well offers Prenatal Yoga three times a week to support you through pregnancy and your evolution to motherhood.

Research shows that regular physical activity during pregnancy can reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety and lower the risk of postpartum depression. In fact, a large meta-analysis published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that exercise during the perinatal period significantly improves maternal mental health outcomes.

Taught by highly-trained certified instructors, Prenatal Yoga during pregnancy helps:
• regulate the nervous system�
• reduce stress hormones�
• improve sleep�
• build strength and endurance for birth�
• create community and connection with other mothers

All of these factors play a role in protecting maternal mental health after baby arrives.

This class is designed for moms who want to 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻, 𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗮 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻—without needing a sitter. Babies are part of the class. Wear your baby, set them on the mat, or keep them close in the carrier while you move.

We focus on rebuilding strength with resistance bands and light weights, supporting the muscles that carry car seats, strollers, diaper bags, and babies all day long. The workout is for you, but the environment understands that babies come first. Feedings, diaper changes, and wiggles are all part of the flow.
