The Heritage Center is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Morristown, Tennessee.

e features an on-site physician and a homelike environment to our patients and residents in need of rehabilitation or skilled nursing care. We are proud to offer both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation for our patients, and our team of therapists and nurses works together to create an individualized care plan for each individual in our care.

Meet our new Executive Director, Shelby Brown!

Shelby has a master’s degree in business administration from Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee. In April, she completed an administrator-in-training program at Life Care Center of Blount County before earning her NHA license and transitioning to our center.

"My experience at The Heritage Center has been overwhelmingly positive," Shelby said about leading our facility so far. "The team has embraced me wholeheartedly, and the residents have been so kind and engaging. I’m deeply grateful for the supportive environment I’ve found here."

Shelby’s goals are to cultivate an even stronger sense of teamwork and collaboration in our center and to create an even more positive environment. She is excited about the future here.

"I just want to express my sincere excitement about joining The Heritage Center as executive director," she said. "I am dedicated to fostering a nurturing and supportive environment for our residents and staff. I look forward to connecting with the public and working collaboratively to ensure The Heritage Center remains a cornerstone of compassionate care in the community."
