Alex Stidham PA-C, BS, EMT-P

East Tennessee State University
Walter State Community College

Alex Stidham is a multi-disciplinary board certified Physician Assistant.
He is an East Tennessee native with a background in Emergency
medicine, Public Safety, and Emergency Medical Services background.
He dual majored at ETSU while working as a paramedic prior to attending Lincoln Memorial University's Masters of Medical Science.
Alex is passionate about teaching and providing healthcare to the entire
family. He is trained to treat every member of the family from infancy to elderly. He completed several hours of training at the James H. Quillin Veterans Hospital, and various ICUs in the East Tennessee area. He enjoys hunting, fishing, farming and golf.

Sara is a proud graduate of Tusculum University, where she earned her Master of Science in Nursing. She brings compassion, clinical excellence, and a strong commitment to patient-centered care to our Jefferson City location. Her dedication and warm approach make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients every day.
Outside of work, Sara enjoys hiking and camping with her family and spending time with her fur babies.

When I’m not in the clinic you can find me with my dogs or in the gym. Before become a PA I worked as a massage therapist for many years. My passion is making others feel better.

Graduated in 2025

I was born and raised in Chattanooga, Tn., and graduated high school in 1993. I relocated to Knoxville in 2015, where I began working for Covenant Health at Fort Sanders Regional Hospital for the past 10 years. I obtained my ASN through Pellissippi State in 2022, BSN with the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 2023, and my Masters of Science in Nursing -Family Nurse Practitioner from Lincoln Memorial University in 2025. I enjoy baking, hiking, fitness, true crime books and documentaries as well as spending time with my family.

Here is a little about Buddy:

Buddy Collins, FNP-BC is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong clinical foundation and a passion for delivering compassionate, evidence-based care. He began his healthcare career as a Certified Nursing Assistant in high school before earning his LPN from TCAT Morristown. He later completed his ASN at Walters State Community College and went on to earn both his BSN and FNP degrees from South College.
With nearly a decade devoted to higher education and hands-on clinical experience, Buddy brings a well-rounded, patient-centered approach to practice. His background across multiple levels of nursing allows him to connect with patients while providing up-to-date, research-driven treatment.
Outside of the clinic, Buddy enjoys kayaking, hiking, traveling, and exploring new cuisines with his family. Together they share their home with two dogs and two cats. He believes in building genuine connections with patients and lives by the motto, “Laughter is the best medicine”—but when laughter is not enough, he is committed to providing high-quality care grounded in the most current, evidence-based research.

First and foremost, patient privacy is a legal and ethical priority for our organization. We strictly adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain established compliance protocols to safeguard confidential information. Any allegation suggesting otherwise is taken seriously and reviewed internally.
We also want to clearly state that all providers practicing within our clinics are appropriately licensed, credentialed, and authorized to provide care under applicable state and federal regulations. Statements implying that our staff are unqualified or unlicensed are false.
While we respect every individual’s right to share personal opinions, we will not tolerate the spread of misinformation or defamatory statements regarding our practice, providers, or staff. False claims that damage the professional reputation of licensed healthcare providers are taken seriously and may be addressed through appropriate channels if necessary.
Out of respect for privacy laws and employment confidentiality standards, we do not discuss personnel matters publicly.
We remain committed to delivering safe, ethical, and compassionate care to our community. Anyone with direct concerns is encouraged to contact our administration at 423-616-0706 so they may be addressed appropriately and confidentially.
