CLIENT UPDATE: my client recently graduated to level 3 or the Mercer Method. Previously suffering from a grade 2 ankle sprain my client,the runner, works in the frontal plane a lot. Balance training, strength training, and plyometric training in the frontal plane can help strengthen the ankle and prevent future sprains.
