This is a powerful apple cider vinegar that I use. I will add about a 1/2 cup to a pitcher, throw in a few dashes of cayenne pepper and a half of a lemon (unsqueezed) and drink it throughout the week. You can add honey too if you want it sweetened. Yum!

Catherine earned the Master Level of the Usui System of Reiki Healing in 2012, and the Karuna Reiki Master Level in 2014. She also earned her Medical Reflexologist Degree from the International Academy of Medical Reflexology in 2013.
