As we are beginning to see that we ourselves can take proactive measure to help keep ourselves safe from Covid-19. Along with our offices always taking continuing to take CDC ( Center of Disease Control) mandates for office cleanliness, etc.

I am so happy to be doing more in office counseling with new clients than in the past 6 months. I’ve found that my clients engage far better in the counseling process, when they are able to see their counselor or therapist in person, and have commented that they feel that it is nice to be in therapy in person and feel that they feel that they get more out of their time seeing their counselor!

Hearing all of this positive feedback,, truly makes me thrilled, as I’ve been seeing my existing clients who have been staying home and being very careful about their exposure risks , now with the Covid-19 injections available, I’m experiencing seeing more people seeking therapeutic assistance while still appreciating our keeping strict CDC guidelines for their protection!

As my Education and subsequent degrees, are a blend are a blend of “Counseling Psychology” as well as “Family Systems Theories” I offer a a well grounded view of Psychological approach, while also being able to help my clients understand things that have potentially had significant impact in their lives by understanding how they lived and how their significant relationships in their life/lives have impacted their lives. Often quite positively.

I work with clients alone starting at age 12, depending on the case, if the client is younger, there are times when the parents
Are either in session or nearby for added support if needed.

My clients need’s are primary to address , from anxiety to depression , PTSD to relationship issues, etc.

I Am happy to say that I have years and years of experience working with the LGBTQ population.
