                                            What a beautiful weekend it was at our Fall Yoga & Meditation Retreat at the Himalayan Institute.
Together, we slowed down, breathed deeply, and reconnected, with ourselves, with nature, and with one another. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and moments of stillness, participants explored the power of sensory awareness and nervous system regulation.
We’re so grateful to everyone who joined us for this weekend of rest, reflection, and renewal. 🍂
