Celebrating our Earth, our home.

Spending time in nature is more than just getting outside—it’s a way to reconnect with what sustains us.

We are not separate from nature; we are part of it. And when we spend time with the earth, the sun, and the rhythms of the natural world, we often find ourselves feeling more grounded, more regulated, and more at ease.

Take a moment today to step outside.
Breathe in fresh air.
Feel the ground beneath your feet.
Notice the light, the movement, the stillness.

The earth supports us in quiet, powerful ways.

Don’t forget—you are nature too.

April is Autism Awareness & Acceptance Month 💙

At Yoga Way Therapy Center, we honor and celebrate the unique strengths of every child. Each child teaches us so much about connection, communication, and seeing the world in new ways.

Through pediatric physical therapy and yoga-based approaches, we focus on the whole child—supporting regulation, building confidence, and creating a safe, sensory-friendly space where each child can grow at their own pace.

This month and always, we are committed to:
✨ Embracing neurodiversity
✨ Meeting each child where they are
✨ Partnering with families every step of the way
✨ Creating opportunities for joy, movement, and connection

Every child deserves to feel understood, supported, and celebrated—just as they are 💙

💛 “I got you.”
My two-year-old client said this extraordinary phrase.

I heard how his mother, with love and attunement, often reassures him:
“I got you.”

Today, he looked up and said it himself.
Not echoing.
But claiming it.

I facilitate co regulation further with his mother’s presence, voice, love, affection, closeness and he feels that circle of love and devotion. The work that I do allows me to focus on creating strong biomechanical body structures and processes so he can stand, walk and run efficiently and optimally. Everything he receives in my care is felt and deeply sensed. There is full presence and the body does not see it as a threat but rather easeful cooperation because he feels safe and connected.

At two years old, his nervous system has absorbed safety deeply enough that support has become internalized.

What began as co-regulation has transformed into self-regulation.

What was once borrowed has become owned.

This is how self-love is built,
not through words we force,
but through safety we feel.

When a child can say “I got you” to himself,
it means his body knows he is not alone—even when no one is holding him.

This is development.
This is healing.
This is the quiet miracle of attuned care. And it always starts with someone saying it first.
