We’re kicking off our Provider Spotlight series with Dr. Trivedi, giving families a closer look at the care, conversations, and approach they can expect during a visit at the New Jersey Pediatric Neuroscience Institute. 🤗
From his early passion for pediatric neurology to the reassurance he strives to provide every family, Dr. Trivedi shares what drew him to his specialty and what matters most to him in patient care below: 👇
“I have known from an early age that I wanted to spend my life helping children, and fortunately as a child neurologist and epileptologist, I have been able to achieve that goal.
My major at the University of Pennsylvania focused on neuroscience, and one of the first research labs that I worked in focused on epilepsy, which is where my passion for neurology and epilepsy began.
It can be difficult raising any child, let alone one with medical conditions, so having the opportunity to work with patients and their families to find ways to help them achieve a meaningful quality of life has remained a priority.
I’m hopeful that after meeting with families, they will be reassured that their neurological care is in capable, friendly hands”.
