Fresh, Fresh, Citrus Citrus.
The summer went very fast, this Wednesday is my last farmers market for this year. This one won’t be ready for 4 weeks but it will be worth the wait. It’s half a pink sea salt soap scented with pink grapefruit. The top half is an orange lemon with a drizzle of green lime across the top. All of it is Goatmilk and kaolin clay.

Steeping a different natural soap. This will end up a scrub soap from coffee. I’m steeping coffee into a whole dandelion plant water with coffee and an oil infused with dandelion and coffee. All will be strained at the end ( except the oil if it smells great) and I will be adding a cedarwood EO and myrrh EO . It may be called the mighty scrub soap from the coffee grounds, much like my previous juniper berry scrub soap.

I made another Sandalwood Patchouli today, color was a pretty blue, not sure where it will morph to. You can now also get my soap out at the Log Cabins on Black Lake. I’ll post another photo when I cut these, I used a couple new impressions mat for design.

Shampoo bars made for all those looking for homemade. These are called Syndets, they are made without lye and are the correct PH for your hair.
Syndets are manufactured by combining different surfactants, which can be either derived from oils and fats or petroleum based products. A common ingredient is Sodium cocyl Isethionate, a byproduct of coconut. These are gentle on your skin and hair with the correct ph of 5. I have 3 different scents, Rosemary spearmint, Rosemary lavender, and afresh baby powder scent. The first two are $12.00 each and the baby powder ones are $10.00 each.
