That's one-quarter of all the bones found in your body! Each foot also has 33 joints, 107 ligaments, and 19 tendons and muscles.

The average person walks 5,000 to 7,000 steps a day, so taking care of your feet really makes a difference. Small changes like supportive footwear, examining your feet daily for issues, maintaining good hygiene, and contacting a podiatrist if you experience pain or concerns can keep you going for miles!
