Before and 5 weeks post modern deep plane facelift. She will have upper and lower eyelid surgery in the future, but look at the improvement in her lower eyelid just because of the mid-facelift the deep plane facelift creates. I am honored to share this tertiary facelift result for a truly wonderful patient. After two previous surgeries elsewhere, she still struggled with persistent laxity around the mouth, pulled lower eyelids , and alopecia (bald spots) above her ears.
