🌿 Therapy That Moves With You. Now Offering Weekend Sessions! 🌿

Walk-and-talk therapy is effective, evidence-based therapy incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and parts work (IFS) while remaining grounded in mindfulness and trauma-informed care. It's real therapy held outdoors on peaceful local trails.

Movement itself can be deeply healing. Walking helps reduce anxiety and depression, supports focus for ADHD and neurodivergent brains, and makes it easier to process difficult life events. Nature adds its own calm- grounding the body, lowering stress and cortisol, and building resilience.

Clients often tell me they feel clearer, lighter, and more open after just one session.

Research shows that walking in nature can reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety more effectively than indoor settings alone for some individuals. Nature provides a calming, non-triggering environment that supports nervous system regulation. Combined with the powerful connection of group support, participants often report increased belonging, reduced stigma, and greater self-understanding.
