👋 – Charla Olson, FNP-BC!

Charla is a licensed board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 14 years of experience as an advanced practice nurse. She has 6 years of experience in primary care pediatrics and more than 8 years in ENT. In 2024, she earned her CORLN (Otorhinolaryngology Nurse Certification).

A Morristown native, Charla earned both her Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing from Carson-Newman College. She holds licenses as both an Advanced Practice Nurse and Registered Nurse with the Tennessee Board of Nursing and is ANCC board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

When she’s not caring for patients, Charla enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking trips, camping, and being out on the lake.

We’re proud to have Charla bringing her knowledge, experience, and compassion to our team and to the Lakeway community. 💙

👋 – Dr. Jeff Adams!

Dr. Adams is a board-certified Otolaryngologist and Sleep Medicine specialist who has been caring for patients in East Tennessee since 2004.

A Kentucky native, Dr. Adams graduated summa cm laude from the University of Alabama with a degree in biology before earning his M.D. from the University of Alabama School of Medicine. He went on to complete his residency in Otolaryngology at the Medical College of Virginia.

Today, he treats patients of all ages addressing conditions such as head and neck disorders, allergies, sinus issues, and sleep problems. He is a member of multiple professional organizations, including the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and the American Academy of Otolaryngology.

Dr. Adams lives in Talbott with his wife and four children. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys the outdoors, supporting local non-profits, and advocating for quality healthcare in our community.

We’re grateful to have Dr. Adams delivering expert, compassionate ENT and sleep care to the Lakeway area. 💙
