Did you know that doing a self-breast exam just once a month can help you spot changes early?

Here’s how:
• Check a few days after your period, when breasts are less tender.
• Use the pads of your fingers to feel your breast and underarm area.
• Look in the mirror for any changes in size, shape, or skin.

Knowing your normal makes it easier to notice anything unusual! If you notice any changes, don’t hesitate to reach out to our office! 💗
