The Power of Gratitude

Gratitude is a simple yet powerful practice that can transform mental and emotional well-being. Research shows that regularly expressing gratitude can reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression by up to 30%, helping to shift the mind from worry to appreciation.

Gratitude doesn’t have to be grand. It can be as simple as noticing a moment of calm, a kind word, or a warm cup of tea. These small acknowledgments help rewire the brain toward positivity and resilience.

🌞 Preparing Your Body for the Time Change 🌙

As we “fall back” and our clocks shift, our bodies can feel a little out of sync. But with a few simple habits, you can help your body flow smoothly with the change:

✨ 1. Get natural sunlight early in the day. It helps reset your body’s internal clock and boosts mood and energy.
🕯️ 2. Dim lights and screens earlier. Let your body know bedtime is coming so melatonin can do its job.
🥗 3. Eat lighter dinners. Heavy meals late in the evening can make it harder to sleep soundly.
🧘‍♀️ 4. Support your nervous system. Gentle stretching, essential oils, or a warm Epsom salt bath can calm the body before bed.
💧 5. Stay hydrated. Dehydration can make fatigue feel even stronger when schedules shift.

A little mindfulness now can help you ease into the new rhythm feeling rested, grounded, and balanced. 🍂

Turkeys are $6/pound and we require a $30 deposit to reserve your bird. We sell out every year so reserve your today!
