Featuring Hélène Baum-Owoyele, an Afropean illustrator and graphic designer known for her colorful & vibrant images that draw inspiration from her environment and personal history. Her diverse background has impacted her art and has helped her to look at things from multiple points of view. Mythology, black culture, art, textiles, books, and nature are also big factors in the influence of her designs. International Women’s Day is a global celebration of the achievements of women, as well as a call to action for a gender equal world. is this year’s campaign theme, with the mission to challenge gender stereotypes, call out discrimination, draw attention to bias, and seek out inclusion. We updated Brer Rabbit's brand equities to achieve a farmer’s market, homemade aesthetic. This includes a refresh of the Rabbit itself. Our Rabbit has evolved to be fluffier and more friendly, evoking a feeling of sincerity.

We also redesigned the holiday canisters with the reinvigorated Planter's brand look and macro activated images of the amazing variety of snacks inside. Both lines will be adding a bit of seasonal celebration to shelves near you.

Happy Employee Appreciation Day to our Smith Design Employees! We had a great time at our team building event at Stryxe Bowling. Prior to game day, each group had fun picking a captain, team name and theme.
