Meet B, a Licensed Social Worker and psychotherapist who believes in the incredible power of healing through connection. B brings a deep respect for each person’s story and a belief in their ability to grow through even the hardest experiences.

B’s approach is collaborative, nonjudgemental, and trauma-informed. Sessions are a space where clients can expect honesty, dignity, and tools to move toward emotional regulation, self-acceptance, and meaningful change.

Meet Madalynne Martone, LSW

🌿 Why Mads became a therapist:

I became a therapist to challenge the one-size-fits-all approach to mental health—especially in eating disorder care. My mission is to create a space where people feel truly seen, heard, and supported in reclaiming their voice, their worth, and their right to take up space.

🗣️ Treatment style:

I work from a HAES-informed, client-centered, and trauma-aware lens. Sessions aren’t about “fixing” you—they’re about reconnecting with who you’ve always been beneath the noise.

💡 A reminder from Mads:

You are not broken. You don’t have to earn rest, love, or belonging. Healing can be empowering, liberating, and even joyful. Wherever you are in your journey—you’re allowed to be here.

If this resonates, I’d love to connect 💛

1. My “why” as a therapist is rooted in a deep commitment to dismantling the systemic barriers that often prevent people from receiving meaningful, personalized care—especially in the treatment of eating disorders. I became a therapist to challenge the one-size-fits-all approach that too often dominates mental health and to create a space where each individual feels seen, heard, and understood. I believe in meeting clients exactly where they are, honoring their unique lived experiences, and working collaboratively to tailor therapy in a way that truly fits them. My mission is to break generational and systemic cycles that perpetuate harm and disconnection, and to support people in reclaiming agency over their healing. Therapy should never feel like a mold someone has to fit into—it should be something that adapts and evolves alongside them.

Meet LJ Castellano, MA, LAC, NCC

🌿 Why LJ became a therapist:

“I’ve always wanted to lift people up and spread positivity, while also fully acknowledging that sometimes life can suck. It’s interesting how many of us subconsciously carry burdens and still lead successful lives. As a therapist, my goal is to help people break free from those burdens to experience a new level of empowerment.”

🗣️ LJ’s treatment style:

“I have an eclectic approach, providing IFS, CBT, and Humanistic informed care. I am equally as interested in your goals as I am the barriers that prevent you from achieving those goals. You can expect a welcoming, warm, yet real environment and our sessions will explore various areas.”

🧘‍♀️ What makes LJ tick : (what makes you the most you? what you enjoy, what drives you?)

“For me, authenticity is the most important factor in my work. I love getting to know clients just as much as I love when they get to know me. I enjoy the partnership aspect of therapy, as opposed to old school approaches where the therapist leans heavily into the expert role. I am driven by my clients’ outcomes and I love seeing the power of resilience manifest into real world success.”

💡 A reminder from LJ:

Maya Angelou once said, “ You may not control all the events that happen to you, but you can decide not to be reduced by them.” I live by this quote because life never gets easier, but we can develop the skills to better manage life’s various changes.
