Last month, Alliance Health was proud to participate in the NC TIDE Conference! Our Population Health leadership, Kathryn Higdon, Sr. Director of Population Health, and Marielena Moreno-Garcia, Director of Population Health and Care Management Strategy, had the honor of presenting alongside our partners at Siftwell. They shared our latest work on Emerging Risk Identification and Driving Better Outcomes.

What does this mean for our members? It means using data to proactively spot health trends early. Instead of reacting to a crisis, we use these insights to step in with targeted support for physical, mental, and social needs. By staying ahead of the curve, we can drive better health outcomes and provide more stable, continuous care for the North Carolina communities we serve.
