I am a American Board Certified Internal Medicine physician who specializes in use of Integrative medicine. I have experience both as a primary care physician as well as hospital medicine. I currently work with Duke University and have worked with University of North Carolina. I began my medical journey from Indiana University and my residency was completed in Ohio. I believe that modern medicine continues to be an excellent tool in improving lives but using a balanced approach with Integrative medicine helps patients the best. My goal is to not only provide information to my patients regarding various disease and how Integrative medicine can help but also help with lifestyle management for a better outcome. I am a mother to three wonderful children and spend my days reading many books with them. We also love to go for walks and keep physical activity a daily part of our lives.
