I would like to introduce myself and my services. Since 1998 I have been a full time massage therapist and esthetician, constantly learning and loving each year more than the last. I am duly licensed in NC for both practices and I will be offering advanced massage technique and waxing from a dedicated and beautiful treatment room located inside Integrative Chiropractic in McCrimmons Corner. Massage Therapy has been an important part of a healthy life-style all throughout history. The benefits range from simple mental relaxation to pre- and post-operative medical remedies. There are hundreds of different types of massage and modalities to be explored, and many different personalities in bodywork. I invite you to experience the customized combination of my extensive training including: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Ayurvedic and Sports Massage. (Regular clientele include professional athletes). I have been a full-time massage therapist in Manhattan Beach, CA since 1998, enjoying every year more than the last. Training has taken place in different states and countries with so many different people. From basic classes and advanced training at the Institute of Psycho-Structural Balancing and continuing education at Santa Monica Healing Arts. I have advanced my education with Polarity Healing Arts studying Cranio-Sacral Therapy, and Reiki. I encourage the different approaches of bodywork and try to encompass all the experience and knowledge into every customized session. In 2002 I completed the State Board certification for my esthetician license, continuing training with multiple product lines and treatment protocol certifications. Being able to offer high quality service along with quality products have transformed my extensive practice in to a perfect place for you! I look forward to treating you,

This past Tuesday the HVAC went out in my office. I think my treatment room gets up to about 85 degrees without it. I’m working full days. It’s like doing hot yoga for 8 hours. The afternoons are TOUGH. Like my brain is boiling.

I’m drinking ice water. I have 2 fans with ice behind them going and I’m keeping the door cracked if I’m alone in the office. I have a cooling bandana. Any other cool down tricks?
