UNC Faculty Physicians is hiring a Director of Operations to join their team!
The Director of Operations for Faculty Physicians will manage and support clinical operational business initiatives in the FP. This position will work closely with Clinical Department contacts, FP finance, FP legal, FP HR, and the other FP operational leaders. The Director will oversee daily operations, including resource allocation, budget management, and process optimization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. The director will also lead efforts to identify and implement performance improvement initiatives, enhancing service delivery and patient satisfaction.
The candidate in this position will report directly to the COO and be closely aligned with clinical department ACAs. Faculty Physician Operations peers include the VP of Clinical Operations, AVP of APP Center, and Director of Provider Experience. Direct reports include project manager(s).
