🌿 A Pause for Healing 🌿
Hey friends—just a quick update… The Revive Then Thrive Podcast will be on pause until Tuesday, June 10th as I rest and recover from a broken ankle.

It’s a humbling reminder that sometimes we must revive before we can thrive. I’m taking this time to slow down, tend to healing, and come back grounded and renewed—ready to keep showing up for you and this beautiful community.

Thank you for your patience, care, and presence. I’ll see you soon. Heart Hugs Y’aLL💛

Join me for the first of a 4-part series on the most common negative cycles in relationships. Stay tuned for:
Episode 4/17: The Dance of Criticize-Defend
Episode 4/22: The Dance of Freeze-Freeze
Episode: 4/24: When We’re Caught in Multiple Dances

Have you ever had the same argument with someone you love—over and over again—even though the topic changes? Maybe it starts with the dishes, or a late text, or how someone said something—but somehow, it always ends the same way: disconnection, distance, or pain. We’re talking about negative interactional patterns (also known as a “dance of distress” or “cycle”—those recurring emotional loops that keep us stuck in conflict and disconnection with the people we love most.

The good news? These patterns are not permanent. And they don’t mean your relationship is doomed. They’re signals—clues pointing us to deeper needs and emotions. In today’s episode join Hallelujah Adams, ICEEFT Certified Emotionally Focused Therapist as we discuss some common negative interactional patterns we see over and over: 1) The Pursue-Withdraw Cycle 2) The Criticize-Defend Cycle 3) The Freeze-Freeze Cycle. Negative cycles don’t mean your relationship is broken. They mean you care. They mean you’re reaching for something deeper—and just don’t yet know how to get there. EFT gives us the tools to understand, heal, and transform these patterns. Let’s slow this down, get curious together and learn some new ways of practicing interacting with our loved ones. Tune in to The Revive Then Thrive Podcast on YouTube for the full episode (link in the comments). So very excited you are joining me on this ReViViN’ and THRiViN’ Healing Journey. Heart Hugs Y’all 💗
