Found space to blend Chai today! It's filled with organic, herbal, adaptogen, liver tonic superstars. 🍁 💛
There will be herbal chai tea lattes waiting for my big kids when I pick them up today. The smell in this kitchen is amazing. 👏🏻

Also doing a taste test with elderberry syrup is on their list of to-dos. More on that later...

Back to school 2021 tea in the books! 🦄 tea for the win. Doing ALL the things I can to boost their tiny immune systems after being home from school for a year and a half!
Unicorn tea is anti-viral, anti-bacterial and my WHOLE family loves it. Delicious hot or iced. This is a wine size fits most kind of blend.

Little Iced Blood & Bone poolside. It's the BEST iced tea EVER. Peppermint undertones make her super refreshing and the whole family loves it. Antihistamine, blood building, and just delicious.

It's a chai tea latte (adaptogenic, liver tonic) kind of day in MI. A freak snow storm for my precious Vera's 4th birthday. It's quiet and gorgeous.
Staying cozy and focusing on the sweet, little things. Like a tiny, precious girl that came into this world 4 whole years ago!

Sending love tea. This isn't a tea I ever want to keep on hand. It's a custom tea blended with love, light and prayers for whomever needs it. I don't know the people I'm blending this for today. But it isn't necessary. I am sending them all the love and goodness I'm able. ❤️❤️❤️

Just playing with some pretty plants!!! THESE colors.... just what these eyes needed. Time to brew and ask my best testers how it is 🥰
Concentrating on what I can ADD in this year (more time to read, more plants and that includes a quart a day of herbal tea) versus all the things that need to go. Leaning in slowly. First, I hydrate on a cellular level. I love my blends, but drink what serves you! Make your own, buy some, but I encourage you to get more plants in. 🌱 🌸 🌺 🌹
