Greetings,
every year I offer special classes around the holidays.

This is our 4th annual Thanksgiving morning yoga session in nature.

It's an opportunity to create new traditions. And a wonderful way to start the day if you are staying local, or having company.

This year’s theme is APPRECIATION !!!

This is the best time of year at the ranch, in my opinion, the monarchs are floating about. You may see calfs in the rolling hills, and ocean views. The great thing is, if we do get rain, there is a massive barn we can get cozy in. Carpooling is highly recommended. If you need a mat let me know. cash or Venmo -Tracy.

Bring a blanket or towel to put your mat on. All are welcome.
