2025 sounds like our year for a Fall Hike in Glen Helen

TBT: On this wintry day, we thought we'd share this 60-year-old image of the infamous Glen Helen swinging bridge. Affixing the west end of the bridge to an Osage orange tree was a feat of innovative engineering to be sure. (Probably not a great idea for eight people to be on the bridge at the same time.) Also, look: no honeysuckle!

We worked out this morning at 530am. My body remembers it. My brain has nearly forgotten. One thing for sure, It's 130pm and I don't have to schedule a workout into the rest of my day. My time is my own. Give it a try if your good intentions are letting you down. Camps beginning again next Monday.
