Today we had a wonderful visit from members of the Morton Grove community, who stopped by to spend time reading with our children! The kids loved listening to the stories, asking questions, and sharing lots of smiles. ❤️

Our Preschoolers had a fun and busy day!

During small group, we made Cat in the Hat hat sculptures! 🎩
We focused on patterns and counting. The children rolled “logs” to build their hats, counted out three of each color, alternated the colors to create a pattern, and then counted all together to make sure we had six pieces.

We love incorporating math into our creative projects — they did such a great job with their counting and color patterns today!
