We’re excited to have our first ever yoga session at Prairie Moon Farm this Sunday at 10am. Come join us for a warm vinyasa flow class lead by Kayl Michael from Sacred Sages Co that focuses on syncing your breath to your movement that will build strength, stability and flexibility while adhering to the true, authentic practice of ta**ra yoga. This is an inclusive class that will provide modifications and advancements for students of all levels to participate. *Please bring your mat.

Today, May 5, marks the first lunar eclipse of the year 🌕

A lunar eclipse is a spiritual time of release, a powerful time to let go of the past and move into the future. The energy of a lunar eclipse will assist us in clearing away anything that is no longer serving us so that we can make room for new beginnings. Feminine energy is especially strong during this time 🌸

An energy cleansing of your home and sacred spaces is highly recommended. Incense, sage or palm santo are great tools to utilize in clearing your space. If you’re a crystal user, consider recharging your crystals during this time as well. You can do this by placing them outside (if the weather permits) in your window sill under the moon or using salt (preferred Himalayan salt).
