Don is in the hospital, and Floyd and I are going to be trying to handle everything efficiently, but last-minute cancellations may still occur if I need to leave.

We know our patients are the best, anyway, but I just wanted to give a heads up - phone calls or emails may be a little delayed for the week.

We are still planning on attending our conference next Thurs-Friday, but we will have to see what happens.

We appreciate you all!

We think that everyone who has met him would agree - Floyd is rocking it at the front desk, learning the ropes along with stepping up to learn things that we didn’t even originally plan on being formal responsibilities.

Forty-four (44!) walkins over four days! It’s nice to know we were missed! 😉 That broke records that we didn’t even know we had!

Walk in times:
Monday: 10-11am
Wednesday: 1-2pm
Thursday: 3-4pm

You are welcome to come anytime in those hours, but ProTip: if you come at half past the hour or after, you’ll be less likely to have to wait! 👍

We have big news for 2026:

First, we have added a Vorotek loupe and Earigator to our earwax management options, for greater comfort and convenience.
Second: we now have soundfield capabilities, because we are on track to be a Cochlear Implant candidacy and programming provider within the first few months of the year!
Third (and maybe this is only exciting for Tessa): the lab is freshly organized and stocked for efficiency - ready for walk ins!

We are SO excited to offer these additional services to increase convenience and shorten wait times for additional specialty care for our patients.

Back to regularly scheduled programming on Monday - thank you for your patience as we were closed this week. 2026 still has more to offer - we can’t wait to share what’s coming!

You’ve heard of Elf on a Shelf, but have you heard of Floyd on a Fridge?
Our helpers did an AMAZING job on the hallway, and are working on our kitchenette today (they picked the colors and along with doing the labor), while Q is retaping our booth ramp and we are adding to the sound dampening of the booth room. More updates to come while Morton Audiology preps for an exciting 2026!!
