This Veterans Day we would like to extend a thank you to Bill West and his family. Bill works as our Lead Repair Technician. He ensures that wheelchairs and other medical equipment get timely quality repairs and service when needed. Bill served in the US Navy from August 1981 - September 1993. During the Gulf War, Bill was a part of Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm. Bill also served from October 1993 - March 2004 as part of the Mississippi Army National Guard where he went overseas for the Iraqi War during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Bill retired from military service in 2004 as a First Sergeant (1SG) after 23 years of military service. We are so thankful for Bill’s service to our country. Bill is happily married to Martha West. They have a daughter named Hannah. Thank you to Bill and his family for your service and sacrifice over the years.

Happy Veterans Day to our military personnel and their families! Shelby Matuszewski works as our Cental Mississippi AAC Consultant here at Cook Medical. Shelby works tierlessly to help those impacted by autism, cancer, stroke, and many other conditions find alternative ways to communicate. Her husband, Tell Matuszewski, has been in military service since 2011. He is currently a pilot for the Air National Guard. Shelby and Tell have 3 beautiful children: Julianna, Mason, and Abigail. Thank you to the Matuszewski family for your service which allows us to keep our many freedoms!

Cook Medical salutes our veterans! Thank you for all you have done for our country and continue to do. Special shout out to Ken Williams. Ken is our HR Manager here at Cook Medical. He served in the US Navy from 1998 till 2020 when he retired as a Chief Petty Officer (E7) after 21 years. He and his wife Tracy have 3 sons: Shun, Kendricq “Jamal”, and Duke. A huge thank you to Ken and his family!
