We join the Lyme community in mourning the unexpected passing of Dr. Charles Crist. Dr. Crist was known simply as the "Lyme doctor" to many. Patients from all over the Midwest traveled to see him as, for a very long time, he was the only physician in our area who recognized the existence of tick-borne disease. He was a kind and dedicated man, and he contributed substantially to my knowledge of Lyme disease and its treatment when I first started working with patients who had tick-borne infections.

He will be greatly missed.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients with professionalism and warmth
- Answer multi‑line phones, schedule appointments, and manage provider calendars
- Check patients in and out and collects office fees

- Coordinates communication between patients, providers, and clinical staff

Qualifications
- Previous medical office or customer service experience preferred
