💡 Movement Tip of the Week: “Stack Your Posture”
Whether you’re sitting, standing, or holding a baby—how you line up your body matters!
Think about “stacking” your body like building blocks:
👂 Ears over shoulders
👕 Shoulders over hips
🦴 Hips over ankles
When your body is stacked, your muscles don’t have to work as hard, which can help reduce tension and prevent pain—especially in your neck and lower back.
✨ Try this throughout the week: Set a reminder to check your posture a few times throughout the day. Gently roll your shoulders back, lift your chest, and bring your head back over your shoulders.
Small adjustments = big difference over time! 💙
