📢 Clinic Update

Due to credentialing timelines, we will be postponing our full reopening. We hope to have everything finalized within the next few weeks, as we want to ensure every detail is handled properly and by the book.

In the meantime, Dr. Jeff will be available:
🕖 Wednesdays from 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
📅 Saturdays by appointment

We are currently able to see:
✅ Cash-pay Medicare patients
✅ Patients with Blue Cross Blue Shield
✅ Patients with United Healthcare

If you have any questions or would like to schedule an appointment, please call us at (309) 284-0494. We will begin answering calls during normal business hours starting Monday.
