On May 9th (day before Mother’s Day), join Liana Shull, Melody Eckroth, and me for “Mother Work”. This all-gender experience is open to anyone who wishes to deepen their sense of internal peace and of being enough. This is an integrative experience that engages your imagination, creativity, and your connection with your body to explore and work with your internal energy world. A blend of parts work, energy bodywork, and imagination will guide you through the beautiful (and healing) experience of Mother Work.

For the last five years or so, I have been exploring my own healing journey. I have been shaped by my environment and I am also shaping my environment and the people around me. What really stands out to me from great counseling, discussions, education and my own observations, is that when we deepen our connection to ourselves, and look at our patterns with curiosity and compassion, we can begin to see what is outdated coping behaviors. Instead of viewing those with shame, bring curiosity and compassion to that understanding. This will help you as you navigate your own healing journey.

I have had the honor to work with clients who are also working with talented therapists/counselors, and this approach strengthens the healing journey - creating positive change and well-being through a bottoms up and top down therapeutic approach. Did you catch the total lunar eclipse this morning? It was a spectacular celestial event to witness! This full moon (the Worm Moon) as a total lunar eclipse represents culmination, transformation and completion. Tonight I have a Full Moon Somatic Sound Bath, and I’m looking forward to guiding people into a deep meditative state in the full moon energy. 🌕
