It’s official! I have completed my Somatic Healing certification, and I am so excited to begin offering this experience to our community! ❤️

Sound and Somatic healing is about embodiment. I think why I love it so much is the natural integration that it has with sound therapy and the work I have been doing these past 4.5 years Somatic healing helps to create a deeper understanding of the sensations in our body and the stories that are behind them. I use trauma-informed meditations, gentle movements, grounding techniques and anchoring to support the compassionate exploration of the wisdom our bodies hold. Everything I do is client led, tailored to their unique needs, and I use informed consent and boundaries.

Weights + crystal sound bowls + great group of women = 😍

Today I got to provide a sound bath for the in Pullman. The experience was held in the weightlifting room, which made me so happy! I love being in an environment that empowers people, and it felt very serendipitous as the group settled in to receive their sound bath.

On a personal side note, weightlifting with .selt at this past year has helped create a dynamic and empowered shift in how I connect to my body, creating new awareness of strength and resiliency. While I am not powerlifting anymore, I love the challenge of working with weights as Travis expertly guides the process. I encourage you to seek out places that empower you!

I am looking for 1 person to help me complete my somatic healing practicum requirements, and receive 4 pro-bono somatic therapy sessions in a two week time period. The somatic healing sessions will be tailored to fit your needs, as you deepen your connection to your mind body and authentic self.
