Today when my client was leaving her massage she said “Disney is not the most magical place on earth… this is!”

I realized all I really want is for my work to remind adults magic DOES exist. It just shows up as quiet moments of self care, long walks in the sunshine, and feeling strong in our mind, body, and soul. It may not be sparkly princesses and happy ever afters but the magic is still there if you allow it in and let it fill you up. I promise 🤍🧞‍♀️
