The Amazing Bemer

I noticed immediate improvement after my 1st Bemer session... I felt like I could take on the world, my mood was positive, my energy was high and I just felt all around great everywhere. After having insomnia problems the last couple years, that night I slept deeply and woke up feeling refreshed and full of energy to start my day. I noticed a change in my appetite, I remained full and didn’t feel lethargic after eating. I also noticed that I was peeing a lot more then usual. Normally, I only went 3 times a day, if that, but after using Bemer I was going to the bathroom every couple hours or so.

My second experience was different, I wasn’t as energetic and we had increased my intensity level which put my body in a detox state. Now, detoxing the body isn’t a bad thing... I had quite the years of toxic build up for which I discovered quickly. However, as the toxins were being removed, I could start feeling myself coming back better than I had before the detox.

Using the Bemer the first time, I felt that surge of energy which lasted in my system for approx. 4 days. Now on average a Bemer session is said to last 12-16 hours. After using it every day, I didn’t get that surge of energy like the first day, but my energy has remained consistent and steady.

I also noticed that any marks I had on my body were becoming light in pigmentation and starting to disappear. I have been absolutely amazed by the difference my body has felt after using Bemer and I hope to help others feel as great as I do!!
