Reminder that I'll be holding a drop-in mindfulness practice TODAY (Wednesday) from noon-12:20 on zoom. I feel drawn to touch how we cultivate grounded stability when things are hard and tapping into deep confidence, trust perhaps, that the beauty in our dreams and hearts will become the force of change.
All are welcome.

I'll be offering a gentle, sustaining mindfulness practice tomorrow -- Wednesday --noon-12:20 Pacific. I find myself drawn to the raw wisdom of the natural world --- so alive right now. The tulips in my garden boldly open each day and let the sun warm their insides and yet know also just when to pull their petals in close, resting inward for replenishment. Let's follow their lead.
Join me for a restful practice ... as sustenance and replenishment for all we face.

I'll be offering a mindfulness practice tomorrow -- Wednesday--- at noon-12:20 pm. Amid the instability of these times our hearts and bodies can feel barraged. We can feel eroded. And sometimes it is slowing, calming, and tender care that we need... enough at least to resource us. Resource us --enough-- to take the next constructive action. Mindfulness can help.
Please join me on zoom. Link in the image and comments.
All are welcome.
