We’ve updated our weekly offerings with new classes, new times, and even more ways to stay consistent in your practice.

What’s new:
🤍 Wednesdays now meet at 6:00pm
🤍 Friday mornings: Hands-On Adjustments — a supported, alignment-focused practice with up to 3 teachers facilitating

You’ll also notice updated pricing as we expand the quality + depth of what we offer.
And a loving reminder: our 5 & 10 class passes now expire in 3 months (discounted passes, no extensions).
