Where there is a misalignment of energy in the body it shows up in a tenderness in the nerve ending in the bottom of the feet that corresponds with a part of the body. A trained Reflexologist knows each nerve ending and what body part it corresponds to in the body. The amazing healing power in your feet.

In the 50 years I have been doing reflexology many people have had relief through their feet that corresponds with their discomfort in their body. As we say goodbye to January, we are beginning to see the energy is about remembering our personal power, our light, our path, our magic, our authentic selves, isn’t it time?

— The light of this full moon shows us all that we released in the year of the wood snake. This is the last full moon under the snake’s shedding energy before we begin to welcome whole new energy of the fire horse. I am already hearing reports of the shifting of energy.

Did you know that all full moons are masculine energy and new moons are feminine energy. Masculine energy (yang energy) is action, it is stable, predictable, and focused ~ It is about doing.

This masculine energy is asking us to have confidence to stop hiding and to begin to shift in that next chapter of our life. A bigger chapter is unfolding as we go forward into the energy of the year ahead. Don’t be afraid to nurture those dreams in your hearts, a giant awakening is happening within as the light of this snow moon shows to us all that needs to be released as we move into that next chapter of our life.

This full moon is asking us to take action and to align with more of our truth, to move more into alignment and more of our divinity, More courage to choose what actually supports the life we are building as we watch the turning of the night into February 1st. February will come with a whole new energy, a solar eclipse, a powerful feminine new moon, the fire horse, and Saturn/Neptune in Aries. New energies are coming in February. this is a very powerful full moon!

To enforce the masculine energy of the full moon in our lives you may want to.
Find a quiet moment, Light a candle (red would be good for the passionate Aries energy that we are in but any color will do) Put on soft music, take some deep breaths and go into the sacredness of the energy, drop down into your heart, feel your heartbeat, feel your breath, feel your soul. Take the time to really go within to the light of your soul.

Now write down on a piece of paper 3 things you want to let go of in your life. What no longer serves you that you want to release under this final full moon of the wood snake? Be truthful with yourself. What is holding you back?

After you have them written down. Write down 3 things that you want to attract in your life while concentrating on the new energies of moving forward under the fire horse. This is the energy of moving forward, passion, motivation, freedom.

The moon responds to heart energy so as you are writing these last 3 things feel the energy deeply within your heart. Feel it in your cells, believe, trust and ask boldly. As you release what no longer serves you, you want to fill the space with what you want to invite in.

If you want to take this powerful step to another level.

Fill a glass of water, hold it between your hands up to your heart. Water as you know as energy that can easily be programed. Take a few deep breaths and connect fully with the energy of the water. From your heart charge the water to hold what you want to align with. Renewal, a cleansing rebirth, new beginnings, forward movement. (all the energy of the fire horse). Now breathe your intentions in the water. Visualize what you want to achieve under this full moon masculine energy of action. Now take this glass of water and put it on a windowsill so that it can infuse the energy and the light of this masculine full moon.

In the morning drink the glass slowly as you bring this energy deep within you. Feel what you want to manifest and to create. Then go on about your new energy of the next chapter of your life.

How Does Frequency Healing Actually Work?

How does a Rife machine work? The theory, in plain English, can be understood using the analogy of an opera singer who can shatter a crystal glass with her voice. The glass is naturally vibrating at a certain frequency, and when the singer sings a continuous note at that frequency, the glass shatters.

In the same way, each microorganism (fungi, bacteria, virus, parasite, amoeba, mold, etc.) has a unique and specific frequency (or Mortal Oscillatory Rate). When you transmit more of this same frequency to the microorganism, it causes structural stress, and the pathogen is disabled or dies. I have been to Tony's events three times, and he is such a powerful inspirational speaker. Sharing his exciting gift to us. I love him! The only thing that we will miss is the fire walk.
