Biography

Hi, My name is Alicia Gunderson, Owner and Practitioner of Mindful Wellness massage therapy. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in Moses Lake WA, where Ive grown up and started a family. My vision for my clients, is to HELP PEOPLE by assisting in their wellness journey. Teach relaxation, enjoy, release tension, escape from the world for an amount of time, rejuvenate their minds, give knowledge, relief, and give them something to look forward to. Teach what benefits massage has to offer. I have specific goals and dreams in expanding my massage business and would love for you to be a part of my journey.

My mission statement is to Provide a safe, comfortable environment to help relax and let go of worries, busyness, and chaos in this day to day world, even just for a moment. Providing holistic care for each and every uniquely amazing individuals Mind and Body. Taking time to take care of just you. Let's breathe.
