There’s a story from India that never fails to humble me. I heard it again the other day.šŸ‘šŸ‘ #

I’ve been learning how much our bodies change when we cut back on sugar, so I’m keeping it simple and sharing my own little plan in case it helps someone else too.

Here’s what I’m doing:

1ļøāƒ£ Starting my mornings steady
Protein first thing — eggs, yogurt, or a shake. When you start the day with protein, you don’t chase sugar all day long.

2ļøāƒ£ Swapping, not starving
If I want something sweet, I’m grabbing fruit, dark chocolate, or a protein bar instead of candy and pastries. Still satisfies the craving without the crash.

3ļøāƒ£ Drinking water before I snack
A lot of ā€œsugar cravingsā€ are actually just dehydration.
I drink a glass of water, wait 10 minutes, and half the time the craving goes away.

4ļøāƒ£ Eating real meals
Sugar cravings get loud when you’re not fueled.
So I’m keeping my meals balanced with protein, veggies, and healthy fats so I don’t go looking for sweets later.

5ļøāƒ£ Cutting back slowly
I’m not trying to be perfect. I’m just choosing ā€œless than yesterday.ā€
A little less soda, a little less candy… that’s all it takes to start feeling better.

And yes — you can feel a few withdrawal symptoms at first (headache, low energy, irritability). But it’s temporary, and once you get past that little hump… your mood gets better, your energy gets steadier, and you feel so much more in control of your body.

Take 2-3 CURCUMAX capsules… open and put into a 8oz cup. Add some ginger, cinnamon, black pepper, cloves and cardamom. Just a dash for flavoring. Add 8oz of warm/hot milk. (This is aka GOLDEN MILK)

Nutrition isn’t optional. If you want to feel good and have energy, you have to fuel your body the right way. I understand people are sensitive during recovery , sure some things are easier on your stomach, but there’s got to be better choices.! I never really even thought about it until now. please take care of your bodies so this is never an issue.šŸ’•
