Before I got my sol pro, many of you know, I cracked my shoulder, using my right arm was painful, my range of motion with out pain was very limited, I started using it on myself 3x a week. After the second session I didn’t have to take ibuprofen first thing in the morning because it aches so bad, I started sleeping threw the night with out waking up in pain, while my range of motion is not 100% yet it is way better!
