You think you’re addicted to sugar, but what if that’s not actually true? 👀
You’re not lacking willpower, you’re riding a blood sugar rollercoaster 🎢
Spike → crash → crave → repeat.
That “I need something sweet right now”?
That’s your body trying to pull you out of the crash, not sabotage you.
✨ Here’s how to steady the ride:
• Never eat carbs alone → pair with protein + fat (apple + nut butter, rice + eggs)
• Eat within 60–90 minutes of waking
• Prioritize protein at every meal (aim for 20–30g)
• Don’t skip meals (this makes crashes worse later)
• Add fiber (veggies, chia, flax) to slow the spike
Do this consistently, and those “out of control” cravings?
They start to get a lot quieter.
