WHAT WE DO
Our Behavioral Health staff offers brief (20-30 minute) sessions focused on meaningful behavioral changes to improve health and well-being. We help patients manage acute, chronic, or recurrent conditions and can assist with referrals for more intensive behavioral health needs.

HOW TO ACCESS SERVICES
Patients must first establish care with a medical provider at our clinic. We do not accept outside referrals to our Behavioral Health department.
