Hey everyone! I wanted to give you a quick update on my new adventure as a school counselor.

The first week was quite the whirlwind! I had a bunch of IEP meetings, met lots of amazing students, and even introduced my hippopotamus stuffed animal (Mrs. Hippie) to them, which was a hit! I also had some students who loved spending a little extra time in my office with blocks, so it’s been a mix of learning and a lot of energy.

I’m really excited to keep growing in this role and get to know everyone better. Thanks for all your support!

It's hard to believe, but I've been in my massage therapy space since August 2014—11 beautiful years of connection, care, and healing. Many of you were with me for most (or all) of that journey, and I truly can't express how deeply grateful I am for your trust and loyalty.

Being able to help others heal through massage has not only been an honor—it's also been healing for me. The kindness, patience, and support you've shown me over the years have been some of the greatest gifts of my life. Many of you have walked beside me through personal challenges and life milestones, and your presence has been an anchor.

That's why this message is so difficult to write.

After much reflection, I've made the bittersweet decision to retire from my massage therapy practice. My last day of appointments will be July 25. I'll be stepping into a new chapter this fall as an Elem. School Counselor - a role where I hope to continue supporting and encouraging others, just in a different way.

Saying goodbye is never easy. I will deeply miss the connections we've built—our conversations, the laughter, the quiet moments of calm, and the sacred trust that comes with this kind of work. You have meant so much to me, both professionally and personally.

Please take good care of yourselves, and never underestimate the power of rest, healing, and human connection. You've given me the greatest gift of all—your trust—and I will forever be grateful. 💛

Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for allowing me to be a part of your life and wellness journey. Your kindness and support will stay with me always.
