Facebook has made it difficult for some page visitors to reach our "Services" tab. We are unsure how to fix this issue, but want to be sure everyone can access our list. I will pin this post ☺️
SERVICES:
-Phentermine: $20-$70
Phentermine is a prescription medication that suppresses appetite to assist with weight loss. We offer both tablet and capsule form of Phentermine. We only charge for the quantity of Phentermine you purchase, meaning our office visits pertaining to Phentermine are absolutely FREE! Phentermine pricing is as follows: 15 count $20, 30 count $40, and 60 count $70. Each amount includes weekly B12 injections free of charge for patients who would like them.

-Lipo Injections: $15, $25
Lipo injections contain groups of amino acids, ALL B vitamins, & a combination of several other vitamins formulated to help weight loss. Lipo injections aid by boosting metabolism, enhance liver function, and target fat cells. Lipo injections can be used safely alongside other medications and weight loss aids. When used in combination with Phentermine patients can see up to 30% more weight loss! Those having a Sulfa Drug allergy should NOT use Lipo injections.
Basic Lipo Injections can be given up to TWICE weekly. Basics are $15 per injection OR a package of FOUR injections for $50.
Mega Lipo Injections can be given only ONCE weekly. Megas are $25 per injection OR a package of FOUR injections for $80.

-B12 Injections: $0-10
These injections can be given once weekly. B12 injections are included weekly with Phentermine purchases at no charge. Single B12 injections (without Phentermine purchase) are $10 per injection. Those taking Lipo injections should not also take B12 injections as the Lipo already contains ALL B vitamins.

-Medical Clinic Visit: $50
Appointments need to be scheduled ahead of time. Please call or message us for scheduling info. We are cash/card pay only. We can not bill insurance at this time. -See Lab Draw for testing info.

-D.O.T. Physicals: $100
Please schedule these appointments by calling or messaging us.

-Youth Sports Physicals: $20
Physicals needed for youth to play sports.

-Labs/Blood Draw: $25
When scheduling these appointments, we can give pricing information based on test needed. Lab bills patients or insurance directly for tests needed.

-Urine Drug Screen: $25
Specifically, those required for certain medical appointments.

-Testosterone Injections: $75
